SnapShotz (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use the SnapShotz mobile application (the “App”) and related services.
We use Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Wiredash to help operate the App, understand how users interact with it, diagnose technical issues, and collect user feedback. These services may collect information such as device type, operating system, app version, app interaction events, crash reports, diagnostics, IP address, approximate location, and app instance or device identifiers.
If you submit feedback through the App, Wiredash may process the feedback content you provide and related diagnostic information. We do not intentionally send your uploaded photos or player names to analytics services unless needed to provide support or diagnose an issue you report.
The App may request access to your photo library so that you can select or provide photos for gameplay. Photo library access does not mean we copy your entire photo library. Photos are uploaded or processed only as needed to provide the gameplay features you use.
SnapShotz may offer different gameplay modes that affect how photos are selected and shown. In Safe Mode, players can review or allow photos before those photos are used in gameplay. In Uncensored Mode, photos may be selected from the photo library access you have granted without individual photo approval before they are shown, which means any eligible photo from that access may appear during the game. Uncensored Mode requires full or all-photos library access and may not work if you grant only limited photo access.
If you do not want certain photos to appear, use Safe Mode, limit the photo library access you grant to the App where your device allows it, or do not use Uncensored Mode.
We use your information to:
We do not use uploaded gameplay photos for advertising, analytics profiling, AI model training, or marketing unless you separately provide the content to us for support or give us permission.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Photos and gameplay data are retained for the duration of the game session and deleted no later than 24 hours after the game ends. Analytics, diagnostics, crash, and feedback data may be retained by our third-party service providers according to their own retention practices and legal obligations.
Deleting photos and gameplay data from our systems does not remove copies that other players may have saved, screenshotted, screen recorded, photographed, or otherwise copied outside the App.
While we take reasonable steps to secure your personal data, we cannot guarantee complete security. In the event of a data breach or security incident, we shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the breach. By using the App, you acknowledge this limitation of liability.
