To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snapshotz Development and its affiliates, partners, or service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on this page, and we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Snapshotz Development operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
