Snapshotz Development, operating Piply (“we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This privacy policy explains how information is handled when you use the Piply mobile application (the “App”).

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

We do not require account creation and we do not collect personal information directly from you through our own database.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Advertising Data (via third-party ad providers): Device identifiers, approximate location, IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic information may be collected by ad services to deliver and measure ads.
• Device, Usage, Analytics, and Diagnostic Data: Basic technical data, such as device type, operating system, language, app version, app interaction events, crash reports, diagnostics, IP address, approximate location, and app instance or device identifiers, may be processed by third-party SDKs used in the App, including Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Wiredash.

1.3 Feedback and Support Information

If you submit feedback through the App, Wiredash may process the feedback content you provide and related diagnostic information to help us investigate bugs, crashes, and support requests.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used to:

• Show ads in the App.
• Support app functionality and performance.
• Detect abuse, fraud, or technical issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Advertising and Tracking Consent (Including Europe)

The App displays ads and may request your consent for ad tracking or personalized advertising where required by law.

• EEA/UK/Switzerland users: You may be shown a consent form to choose whether to allow personalized ads.
• Other regions: Consent prompts may still be shown where applicable platform rules or laws require it.

You can manage your ad/privacy choices in the app (when available), in your device settings, or through the options provided by the ad provider.

We may share information with:

• Ad, analytics, backend, and feedback providers: To serve ads, measure performance, understand app usage, operate backend services, diagnose issues, collect feedback, and prevent fraud. These providers may include Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, Wiredash, and our advertising providers.
• Legal authorities: If required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Data Retention

We do not require account creation for Piply. App data, analytics, diagnostics, advertising data, and feedback information may be processed or retained by third-party providers, including Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, Wiredash, and advertising providers, according to their own retention practices and legal obligations.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You may also have rights related to consent and ad personalization preferences.
